Hi, I'm a Pratt Institute graduate from the Information Experience Design (M.S.) program.
Originally from Inglewood, California, I was inspired by my undergraduate experience in cognitive science, particularly the computation and cognition concentration at the University of Pennslyvania, in Philadelphia. One of my final projects involved designing and coding a medical website, which sparked my interest in UX design.
My goal is to work for a design agency or as part of an in-house team for a company. Currently, I'm working as the Website Assistant and UX Research Assistant at Focus Camera in Brooklyn. I find this role rewarding because I get to make actionable changes to the website and learn how a business runs.
My unique combination of computer science and psychology background informs my approach to UX design. I enjoy working directly with users, whether it's through conducting interviews, surveys, or moderated studies.
In my free time, I enjoy playing volleyball, watching anime, running, discovering new parks, and traveling, as well as learning about the latest trends and research in UX/UI.
